    Help

    Hi all,
After my initial melt down after diagnosis I've been looking thru the forums and realise how lucky I am to still be fairly mobile. Now I live just outside of Sutton so if there's anyone near by that needs any errands doing or help please let me know and I'll try to help, I don't have a lot of spare time as I still work part time but am more than willing to help.

Carl Mightiy gentlemanly of you Carl πŸ‘πŸ‘

We may need a pair of working hands to fly a Chinook πŸšβ€‹ Bit different to lorries and coaches, but I'm sure you can do it πŸ˜‰πŸ€β€‹

(No, I haven't completely lost my marbles, have 3 left I think, the Chinook Rescue Missions are an ongoing topic of banter on the forum) xx

I was thinking I'm not sure where sutton is but we could always fly helicopter to the sub or if we felt confident land it on the sub. International rescue has to be prepared for anything. 🌝

I don't think I can get a Submarine down the Thames.... Happy to park it in the Solent and pick you up in the Chinook. Not sure how powerchair compatible subs are?

Welcome Carl and although I'm nowhere near Sutton that's a lovely offer. I do think we need to look after each other where/ how we can. Even if it is just banter to raise a smile xx
Diagnosis confirmed as atypical ALS Jan 2022 (age 46) after several years misdiagnosed.

Symptoms began in left foot 2017. Now widespread. Powerchair user, useless left arm and clumsy right hand but generally positive!

We are pretty sure the clangers and the soup dragon are on the asteroid that is being fired on to change its course. They need our help. πŸ€”
