    Headaches, massaging feet or poisoning

I have been getting headaches after eating the last few days.

Even though I walk of a sort, my feet have been like two lumps of meat for a few years.

Three days ago I started using a back massage machine and putting my feet on it. It. Moves them around, raising and lowering different parts of the foot. Noticed yesterday that my headaches occurred after the massage and after eating.

So it could be possible toxic release from massage, massage rubbing a place on my foot that causes headaches or perhaps more likely, my wife is slowly poisoning me.

Notwithstanding your long-suffering wife IS fed up with you and your antics, you should drink water after massages, not only to help flush out toxins, but massages can lead to dehydration - a foot massage might not be enough to dehydrate a person unless you're having a long session??

It's always advisable to massage towards the heart, so the blood flows in one direction and won't cause constriction of blood vessels - this is probably hard to ensure using your gizmo??

Maybe drink more water afterwards and it'll hopefully help (even though I doubt you've any badness in that furry feline body of yours )

    Love Ellie.

      Hi Terry,

Sorry to hear about your headaches. Hopefully drinking more water, like Ellie suggested, will stop the headaches - but, if not, perhaps it could be something you eat or drink that triggers them?

The NHS has information about '10 headache triggers' on their website .... number 8 on the list (food triggers) might be relevant? - but best for an innocent tom-cat like you to avert your eyes away from number 9 on the list - especially if you blush as easily as I do! LOL

I can relate to what you are saying about your feet - sadly, my 'plates of meat' (as well as a few other body parts) are not too clever either these days.

      Love and huggles,
      Kayleigh x

P.S. I doubt your lovely wife's cooking is to blame! - but here is a top tip ....
... to check if someone is poisoning your food - get an unsuspecting person to taste it first! Preferably select someone you don't care for very much - and in your case TC, I recommend that your 'food taster' should be that pesky Officer Dibble! Lol ......

        Hi TC,

Your blood-glucose levels may be low so I suggest you get it checked out. As for the massage affects I have not experienced this and I use a massage tool on my thighs. I hope you get it under control.

        Love,
        Barry
I’m going to do this even if it kills me!

Headaches not occurring after food or foot massage now but thanks for your suggestions.

So this rules out the massager rubbing a place on my foot that causes headaches. Leaving two, it could have been a toxic release from moving muscles, tendons and joints that haven't moved for a few years or my long-suffering wife.

Ellie, I do keep fairly hydrated most time and as I don't have a heart, I guess I can massage any area in any order.

Kayleigh, See what you mean about number 9. Pesky Officer Dibble is still living in New York so it would be difficult to get there before I eat it.

          Love Terry

Thanks Barry but I have quite a good diet so it should be ok.
