Hi all,

Currently using an agency for day care for mum and then local friends for night care.

Finding the care agency very by the book which leads to mum having limited freedom. Any suggestions of local private carers in the Surrey, london area?

good morning, my sister-in-law has MS and uses Sure Care, they are based in Croydon and we have had no issues with them.

Has your mum an agreed Care Plan, Sara?

If your mum likes her current carers, perhaps just an informal chat with them might work or, if not, revisit her Care Plan with agency management.

And, if it comes to moving agency, you're one step ahead in knowing what she doesn't want... xx
