What Pulava or should it be pullover πŸ˜”πŸ˜‚

So had recent visit to MND Clinic and although having lost some bulk in my legs now , I am holding steady with my disease progression. Had a new ventilator and they have changed things so now if you're mobile it's off to the Respiratory Clinic and no more home visits until needed .Also had accupuncture at the Hospice which I felt helped my hands and feet. However I now have COVID for the second time and have been quite poorly this time around ( ironically booked in for booster) so started on emergency pack of steroids as well . All good....but then noticed I could not order another emergency pack ... because they had been taken off my repeats. So rang GP Surgery to enquire why as it's on my ventilation plan .. receptionist on end of phone humming and ahhing .." Is it Something you have on repeat" Me " Yes I order if I have used my emergency supply it's in the letter " Well I will get a Dr to ring you to see if you can still have them ..."
Er " I have MND and COPD it's in the letter "
"They will ring you " I tell you it's going to be a Pulava or maybe a pullover will do it πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯ΊπŸ˜ƒ Sorry for the long post ..just needed to have a catch and a moan . Essay ends .

Derbyram21 It took me a while to figure out what on earth you were on about... and I'm going to add to your palaver πŸ˜‰

If you're poorly with Covid, you are eligible for antiviral meds because of the MND. Fancy asking for those? xx

Derbyram21 interested in what you said about the accupuncture helping your hands and feet.

Do you mean it helped pain (I had it at hospital in my back about seven years ago).

I am wondering about hands and feet. Did it help with finger movement? For example I can't move the fingers in my left hand, but can spread the fingers in my right hand about 1cm.

Would it help with that? Or is it to reduce tension.

          Hi Christopher
For me it helped the stiffness and pain in my fingers. It also helped my ankle stiffness. For me it's worth a go😊

Thank you Derbyram21 I certainly have pain the legs/ankles, so that sounds like a good tip as I know they do it at the local hospital.

It will be interesting if the community physio will do it. I think she is coming again next week. So a question for me to ask.
