    Leg excercise

Hi all. Just wanted to revive an old post re stiff knee joints and range of movement etc. It mentioned the reviber mini excercise machine. Basically it does all the hard work. They cost £100 at argos but I got a good one 2nd hand for £30 off Facebook marketplace.

You can also use it on a table top for arms....

Wondered whether it would help with swollen ankles re immobility?

Good find shelly21 30 quid is a bargain for that 👍👍

Pedalling would definitely move the ankle joint up and down, rather than facilitate its full range of movement, which is certainly heaps better than nothing.

Are your ankles swollen first thing in the morning? xx

Ellie re my ankles no swelling yet. I can still move legs and ankles. But my knees get very tight hence the reviber machine.

      I love a bargain x
