    Structured list of ALS meds

Hi everyone. This is my first post.

Sometime ago I've created a quite detailed list of different ALS therapies, so I thought I could also share it here.

Living on these islands, the Structured list of ALS meds is easy to compile.

    Universally available, in alphabetical order:
    Riluzole.
Diagnosed 03/2007. Sporadic Definite ALS/MND Spinal (hand) Onset.
Significant bulbar impairment - No functional limbs - No speech - Feeding tube - Overnight NIV - Eye gaze user
    .

Thanks, svarog. You've done a lot of work in compiling this document.

As Ellie says, lots of these products are not universally available over here, but I think it's worth keeping an eye on them, as some might be available through trials and others might become available in the near future. Many are available now (more readily available than Riluzole, in fact) - Acetyl L-Carnitine, TUDCA, antioxidants, Co-Enzyme Q, honey, L Serine, Lipoic Acid. Nicotinamide and Theracurmin to name but a few.
