    Which trails really look promising?

Hi fellow colleagues. As I’m newly diognosed I don’t really no where to start to look for promising trials/drugs.
In your opinions what are looking the best for us so I can look into these things.
    Thanks x

Ask about clinical trials at your next Clinic appt.

This is the list of trials in the UK which are either actively recruiting or will in the near future: (Although it's a US site, it registers all trials worldwide)

As to which may be promising, well we'd all buy shares in that Pharma company if we knew the answer to that question

One treatment, NurOwn, currently in Phase III of its trial in the US, is causing some degree of excitement in its preliminary results. In the UK, there is a lot of interest in the MND Scotland SMART Trial, but it's only just started (albeit with a Covid hiatus)

Clinical trials are rather long, multi-phase processes and take several years to complete and report on. Then it's on to drug approval by the relevant authority before a country with a publicly funded health system makes an economic decision on whether or not to supply the drug.
