        • Andy,

Which is the MNDA's preferred treatment currently in Phase 3?

              Good morning Graham,

As far as I know, there is nothing in phase 3.

The one I'm vaguely keeping my eye on is Nurown (sorry I'm not sure that's the right spelling) which is some sort of nostrum that is injected into the spine and has caused a number of people in the US phase 3 trial to reverse symptoms and that reversal has now reversed back given the trial has ended while the drug company tries to get some money to invest in producing the thing.

Of course, the US is a bit of a minefield at the moment given the vast amount of money being ploughed into Covid treatments and seemingly taking money away, at least investment money, from things that deal with stuff like MND

                  Following on from Barry's post:

I listened into the Brainstorm press conference re NurOwn's Phase III results, quite interesting. A recording is available for a short period of time https://www.webcaster4.com/Webcast/Page/2354/38723

                  If you need a passcode, it's 38723

I see their share price dived...

                  • Thank you Andy, much appreciated.

The fact that the Brainstorm share price fell by 67 percent today sums up the reality that the Brainstorm trial failed. Very sad and disappointing. However, BCLI's net capitalisation despite the drop is $125M, more than twice in 2014, so the company will carry on.

There are more phase 3 trials Andy but I'm not sure what they are. I think the antisense trials offer hope too.
