    Good morning

You beat me to it as I was going to post about this is it was on the news yesterday.

Can somebody explain to me why this is a breakthrough warranting a place on the BBC radio bulletins et cetera?

I guess it's good news that MND effected axons can have their length extended in a dish by doing something to their mitochondria but why this would have any relation to helping us warriors "in vivo"escapes me

Diagnosed 03/2015. One sided limb onset (arm) sporadic PMA/MND - now 50% left arm and 90% right arm, plus other bits including left shoulder– Campaign contact Winchester and Southampton branch, and trustee of the Association

Andy, I responded about this on another thread, Lynne
ALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.

I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.

Yes I agree Andy. It may come out after the fusion reactor that gives us unlimited power.
