Potential new tablet being considered in USA

Hi all

I'm not sure how significant this news is but it seems that the FDA is considering approving a new treatment in the USA. The tablet ibudilast when combined with riluzole may slow the disease down significantly. I'm don't know if further trials have to be carried out or if they just need to look at the current evidence for the tablet but it looks promising. Further information can be found here.
