    Experiences of tube feeding survey

The British Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (BAPEN) is committed to improving care for people receiving artificial nutrition support, which of course includes people living with MND. BAPEN would like to know about the experience of adults using tube feeding at home, to see if they feel they have been given the support and on-going care needed to manage their feeding tube with confidence. They will use the results of this survey to determine if the quality standards set by NICE are being met.

If you in a position to help and would like to, please complete this short questionnaire. Thank you.

    Hi Admin,

Perhaps you could tell whoever sent you the survey that there is an error in its 'clickabililty'.

    Question 11:

    BAPEN Survey (2).jpg

It asks the participant to click ALL applicable options but only allows ONE possible option, as any previous option automatically deselects. This will obviously not give BAPEN the full picture they need.

    Thanks,
    Ellie.

      Hi Ellie,

Sorry to hear you were having difficulties filling out the survey. We've been told by BAPEN that the error on that question has now been fixed, so please do give it another go.

      Thanks.

Hi Admin, I experienced the same problem as Ellie. Has the link remained the same ?

          Best wishes Jerry

Jer788 That survey closed in March, Jerry, so your entry may go into a big black hole in the ether!

The 'fix' on Q11 was that the "tick all that apply" was deleted, so only one answer was necessary.

            Love Ellie.
