I have been trying to access My Profile

I have been trying to access My Profile
and I get this message.
What do I need to do other than click the My Profile button, please?

Hmmmmm ,scratching my head, sorry I don't have any other ideas
You are showing basic profile details , interests, diagnosis location etc,,
Has anyone else out got a suggestion?

I kept having that message while in mobile phone mode, if your using a mobile, scroll down the bottom and view as full page and it should load it like a normal website, hopefully you can view it that way otherwise, I don’t know, good luck

Hi, Hayles post is also worth remembering about, I have both Android and iPad , the android is a bit more temperamental

Sorry to hear you were having difficulty viewing your profile, but yes there is a limit of 5 posts before you can view profiles and send PMs etc, this is to try and help reduce the amount of spam on the forum.
Glad you see that it's been sorted now by posting more.

If anyone else does have technical problems with the forum, if you could email [email protected] with some screenshots, that would be really helpful, and we'll try our best to resolve it.
