    I have now succeeded by using thumbnail option. The photo is Sue and I taken 6 years ago at Machu Picchu which I converted using the painting app.

    Barry52 We definitely do not want anyone to feel excluded. This is a forum for everyone, so definitely want to make sure you and others who are having problems are able to post images without issues.

    It seems looking in the backend that there was global settings as well as settings for individual groups as well which is slightly confusing, so some settings have been changed for the 'Registered users' group this morning as you'll see in the image below. The 2nd setting for space had 10mb in there, so I've switched it to 0 to see if it makes a difference. Please do try again and see if it works now.

    Hi all,

    Sorry to hear you're all still experiencing frustrations with uploading images to the forum. Since it was last reported we have still been looking into things behind the scenes to see what improvements can be made and whilst they might not be immediate, it is something that still remains on our radar.

    We have found a few more answers into changing settings in the backend which we've done today and this has increased the total number the files and sizes allow for each user into their albums. The settings weren't where we expected them to be, so it's taken a while to find it, a bit like losing a key and then finding it in a completely different place and you don't know how or why it got there.

    Hopefully this should have solved the restrictions and errors, but do let us know by replying to this thread or messaging us if there are still problems.

    As others have said, whilst we do monitor the forum overall, it is best for any technical queries to be posted in the 'Forum Announcements and Support' section as we get an email alert when someone posts, so we can jump on it quicker than if it was posted elsewhere.
