Is anyone else having issues logging in. I keep getting rejected due to “ no valid password stored”. Changed my password it worked for a while then got rejected. Now for some reason as you can see I’m in again.

Admin_MND are trying to tell me something 😳

I get strange messages every now and again like I'm not authorized to see something. I've had password issues before mainly in that for some reason my password hasn't been remembered by my phone/laptop and as its been so long since I've used it I've also forgotten. Usually it sorts itself out. Perhaps it all needs rebooting. 🤷♀️

I never log out so not had the problem. Certainly can’t remember my password!

It sounds as if you're using the 'remember me' function to login - are both fields filled when you try to login?

Maybe you cleared your cache or ran a 'clean up' and your remembered password was deleted??

I've just had the same problem. I've been asked to do my password all over again because it didn't recognise my password.

I have had problems logging in today. I have clicked the reset password button several times but not received an email. I have now managed to log in on my existing password 🤷♀️

Admin_MND The problems continue. I was unable to login today. I have just reset my password for the second time. This has happened in the past for several users. It is intermittent but frustrating.
