Hi, how can I edit/change my user profile name or at least display something more akin to my actual name?

The only way I know is to edit your signature by adding in your name or whatever you would like to be known as. I don’t know if

Admin_MND can edit your user name.

This keeps coming up folks.
If I recall, when new members are setting up their accounts we are actually advised to pick user names that are deliberately different from our real names. That may be the problem perhaps?
I am likewise stuck with my Wheels Of Steel user name, but I put "Hi, I'm Eddie" in the signature tag that goes at the bottom of my posts.

WheelsOfSteel Most forums let you use a any name of your choice (within reason 😅) once you have set your main profile up

Hi all,

In our current Forum Guidelines we do encourage not to reveal personal information about yourself or anyone else on the forum (for example: telephone number, postal address, home address or email address or any other details including health professionals that would allow you or others to be personally identified) to protect everyone's privacy and we will remove any personal information that you disclose in an area on the forum which is visible to the public.

However if you're happy and have agreed to having your own personal information displayed publicly whether it's as part of your username or signature then of course that's up to you.

We're able to change anyone's usernames if they want to, just drop us a PM and we can action it. You just need to remember next time you sign in that you'll be using whatever you have chosen in future.
