What do you mean by "locked in", Ben - it can mean different things to different folk - are you in bed 24/7 or up and about in a chair using eye gaze, for example?Diagnosed 03/2007. Sporadic Definite ALS/MND Spinal (hand) Onset.

Although I'm not so young now, I was once 😏 When I was diagnosed at 38, my kids were 3 and 5. They are now 17 and 19, so were reared by me and their wonderful dad.
Are you Ben G-----? I follow posts on social media by someone similar to you, mostly because you/he was same-ish age as me at diagnosis.
