    Excessive Drooling

    I am Was diagnosed June 2020 and feeling much fatigue and excessive drooling. Any advice especially on drooling?

    I believe there are drugs which can decrease the amount of saliva produced but others will advise better x

      Modest Yes, there are ways to lessen the amount of saliva being produced.

      Meds are tried first, usually hyoscine, amitriptyline or glycopyrronium, and, if they can't keep pace with the problem, interventions such as Botox injections into the salivary glands or radiation therapy of the glands are options.

      Fatigue is very common, I'm afraid. Eat well, keep well hydrated, get enough sleep, then use your energy wisely. Supplements such as B12 can help with fatigue, but our energy levels can be quite low at times...
