My name is Mark, Wednesday of last week i was told / diagnosed with MND.
i am 58 ( today )
not the best birthday present
i thought i would start this journey hopefully with like minded people

Hello Mark. Coming to terms with the diagnosis is a very hard time for you and your family. I was diagnosed 2 years ago this week. It’s never easy for anyone but for me with time has come acceptance. Welcome Mark. I think it took me 6 months to come to terms with my husband's diagnosis. It's over 3 years since he was diagnosed and he is still in great spirits.
