Hello Mark. Coming to terms with the diagnosis is a very hard time for you and your family. I was diagnosed 2 years ago this week. It’s never easy for anyone but for me with time has come acceptance. I try to enjoy what I can. We all get down days but the forum is a great link to likeminded people. Welcome. Lizzie

Welcome Mark. I think it took me 6 months to come to terms with my husband's diagnosis. It's over 3 years since he was diagnosed and he is still in great spirits.
