Anyone at the early stages struggle with sleep,mine is horrendous I just can’t sleep muscle spasms then horrible feeling comes over my body ,fast heart beat then brain overloads with stuff that I can’t get out of my head and eyes 😔,I have tried everything even mirtazapine diazepam but now trying zopiclone
