    MNDA Charity

Hi folks, I’d just like to say thanks to everyone who donated to my Birthday Charity Fundraiser on Facebook. We managed to get £1855 over the week.
It was a great effort and I’m happy to do this for MNDA.
Unfortunately Facebook deleted my donate button 3 days before it ended for irregular activity!! Meaning I was donating for friends who were abroad.
    Regards Jerry ❤️

Hi Ellie, hope you’re well. What have you been up to ? Ive been down to Maidstone to see the family. Saw the neurologist yesterday at UCL and back in Monday for a chat about a PEG and respiratory check. Finally on Riluzole.

Hi Jerry, that's a terrific amount of money you raised! Well done and, as an MND sufferer, thank you as the money will help us all in some way.

Finally things are moving along for you Jerry - I hope Monday goes well for you.

Tell you what mate, I'm struggling in the warm weather these days - IDK if it's the MND or that I'm getting old - can't imagine me in Thailand, but I love being outdoors in my trusty chair

I've respite next week to let the family go away for a few days and give us all a break from each other!!

Keep healthy and remember to get your bloods done regularly to monitor your liver enzymes, now you're taking riluzole.

            Love Ellie.

                That's great Shrew.

It's lovely when family and friends get involved in fundraising.

Best wishes to you and Mick.

                      Well done Jerry,

What brand of riluzole are you taking?

Try to make sure that it doesn't start to dissolve in your mouth or throat.

                      Love Terry

.. and a belated Happy Birthday to you birthday boy - I hope you enjoyed celebrating with family, friends and a glass or two of your favourite liquid refreshment.

                          Hi Jerry,

Just wondering how things are with you. I hope you are ok and you are getting good support from your neurologist, OT etc.

With all this hot weather, we have to make extra sure we keep hydrated...... and now it's the Summer-time, I'm always glad every day when it gets to Pimm's o'clock!

                          Cheers!
