I saw on another thread that you have a HeadUp collar - does it not offer good enough support for you to use eye gaze? I'm sorry you find it tiring - I am a full-time eye gaze user, so I know just what a lifeline it is...
Your head doesn't need to be fixed in the one position to use an eye tracker and, as I said on another thread, there are numerous collars to try until you land on the Goldilocks one.

Hi Everyone, I’m looking to upgrade my shower to maintain my independence. I struggle to lift my hands above my waist so I’m considering infrared controls. The ceiling shower head works well but I currently have the flexible hose wedged upside down at low level to spray my armpits. This is not ideal because it regularly moves or falls out the bracket. Does anyone have similar issues and can you make any recommendations?

My arms are all but useless, so my wife gets in the shower with me.
I am assuming you cannot do the above, otherwise you would not be asking.
How do other people manage? How does a carer shower you if they do not get in there with you?
We have had a bluetooth shower fitted that can be operated from my phone.
